We are very pleased with the gut renovation of our four-piece bathroom, completed by Aaron Popowsky at Gallery Restoration. Communication was the most important factor to us in selecting a contractor, and Aaron delivered on all fronts. He prepared his proposal when he said he would (the only contractor out of three to do so), and answered our calls, emails and texts at all times -- even weekends! Although we were out of the city during the majority of the work, Aaron uploaded onto the private portal photos of each day's progress. He was also able to guide us in the design process. He and Jonathan brought samples to our apartment; not once did we need to visit a showroom. We were completely at ease working with Gallery Restoration, and there was no attempt at upselling or unethical behavior. The completed job is of high quality, and we love and are very happy with the outcome.
