It took me over a year to decide who to hire to redo my 1 1/2 baths and make a walk in closet. But Peter was the best. He stayed with me patiently while I changed my mind about exactly what I would do and totally won me over. He was with me every step of the way making sure that my concerns and preferences were always addressed. The work took a bit longer than expected but only because they found a major pipe problem that the building had to cover and they took care of this too. It was worth paying a little extra to have an all inclusive price for the labor and all materials and I felt like they provided a very good range of quality, choices and advice. It was a relief not to have to spend hours at stores to pick out items. I felt comfortable having them take charge and manage the project (I even took a vacation during this time) but it is always good to communicate with the contractors working on the project so they know exactly what you want. They use Buildertrend so you are able to track everything related to the project making it so easy and transparent. There were a couple of fixes that needed to be done in the end but they diligently followed up on them and I'm grateful to Frank and David for their support on these. I never felt frustrated, nickled and dimed or abandoned. They definitely aspire to do a great and not just good job and want you to be happy and are very conscientious about your home and keeping it clean. And in the end, I got the bathrooms (including rain shower) and closet I had been dreaming about and my guests keep commenting on what a great job they did. When I'm ready for it, I'll want them to do my kitchen next!
