After my wife and I purchased our West Village condo, we knew a renovation was first on our list of priorities. As first time homeowners and first time renovators, the project seemed daunting and fraught with risk. After a thorough search and meeting numerous firms, we found Gallery Kitchen and Bath and at Gallery we met Eli who from the beginning was prepared to go above and beyond other contractors we met to make sure our vision came to fruition. From start to finish, Eli and team were hands on through the decision making process, carefully stepping us through our decisions and their implications. This was a huge relief with our limited experience with so many decisions ahead of us. From getting the project kicked off early, to working through initial challenges and mid-scope adjustments, we are extraordinarily pleased with the professionalism and quality of the entire Gallery crew. We are delighted to say that not only was our project was completed on schedule the end result exceeded all expectations. Additionally, the value of communication is not lost on the Gallery crew, Eli especially. We never felt in the dark about any aspect of the project and had assistance whenever needed. We are pleased to say that coming home is now the greatest part of every day. Whether it's our beautiful kitchen, our gorgeous bath, our brand new floors or any of the other 'small details' that went into our home, nothing was left unfinished.
