This was our first home renovation so we needed a lot of guidance (kitchen, bath, basement, living, hallway, exterior waterproofing). The utmost important to us is finding a reliable trust worthy contractor and weeding out the bad ones. Gallery responded to our inquiry right away and convinced us they were the one. We wanted to find a builder that would take on the many requests, concerns, and needs as first time renovators. Also, we didn't want to find multiple contractors who worked on specific parts of the house. Gallery was all-in and can handle all type of jobs. We started with the exterior work (waterproofing and staircase) in August. The bulk of the interior work was done in the Fall/ Winter. There were some hiccups along the way but Gallery made sure to take care of it right away. Home renovation is never a straight A to B path so we weren't prepared when it veered off. During the last few weeks, Gallery made sure to follow through with any outstanding touch ups. Eli and crew went above and beyond in giving us our dream home renovation!
