While Aaron, Peter, John and the rest of the team at Gallery were amazing, their contractors were ok to great. Some of their work is amazing and it really shows, other times it was a lot of tiny fixes and fine tuning that really shouldn't have had to be said. A lot of alignment issues, scratches and the mistakes. They WILL however make it right and try to fix/replace things that are clearly broken and or scratched, so as long as you keep on top of things, and point out issues, they will fix it.
